Kerja keras mereka2 ni!

Hari ini baru hari Selasa tetapi kemeriahan Deepavali dah semakin terasa di sana sini especially in my office. A decorative artwork from IRCON staff, Kolam, buat saya sangat teruja untuk turut serta memeriahkan suasana. Biasalah, when this kind of "big day" is coming, of coz lah they all super-busy for the preparation nak mencantikkan office supaya glam's ala ala Bollywood! Aaaww!  As for this year, this is my second Deepavali with them.

 

Half of the Kolam in the making... weeehooo

This Indian tradition activity is actually more popular among the Southern Indian people. It is made from a colorful rice powder and mostly the Indian ladies will decorate it in front if their house with different kind of images such as peacock, flowers etc.

Tadaaaaaaaaa.......

Half day is required to get something that look like this and they decorate it using only their imagination, tak payah nak draft-draft dulu dalam paper.... Terel!

p.s. Rasanya kalau Jasmin turut serta in the making of this Kolam, rasanya sampai habis Deepavali pun tak siap-siap.
