From MinMin's Kitchen - CheesyFrank Prego Mushroom Pijja ~~

Hamboi, tajuk cerita panjang lebar tak hengat. Okay, last Saturday, saya sangat rajin menyinsing lengan baju kerana teragak sangat nak belajar buat Pizza. Ekceli ini semua kerana terkena tempias kerajinan dan keterujaan my sis-in-law yang sangat suka buat pizza everytime orang datang rumah dia. 

So apa lagi Saturday after work, together with Along, off we go to supermarket and buy all the necessary things. This is a very simple pizza ekceli. What i need are such as prego sauce, mince beef, cheese franks, mozarella cheese, button mushroom and fresh tomatoes and don't forget to sprinkle some of  Oregano on top of the toppings. 

However, the challenging things on making a pizza is to make the pizza dough. Absolutely not really good on making it, so we let our Master Chef mommy to do it and the rest we all continue after that. 

First thing u need to do is to gelek gelek the dough, same like what MinMin is doing. One pizza is already done by my sister and Jasmin is so teruja to make her own pijja.

Then, spread the prego sauce which has been cooked together with mince beef and onion earlier and later on campak all other stuff on top of it.  MinMin's Pijja is so full of sauce and cheese and mushrooms and cheese-franks. Simple and easy. Love it!

Done! Yummmaaaayhhh!
