Hello 2012, good bye 2011. Hello prosperity hello happiness.
Okay, I know, dah nak sampai hujung January baru terhegeh-hegeh nak buat resolution. Well, actually these are the resolution which i received from emails, so saya ambil dan ubah sikit untuk jadi reference dan guidance untuk jadikan resolution saya pula.
Resolution is about achievement and target. Bahasa ibundanya, azam. Bila saya berazam maknanya saya berniat. Dan tak semestinya sampai sahaja tahun baru, masa itu lah baru bersungguh-sungguh nak buat azam.
Kalau nak ikutkan, i made a resolution in my daily life everyday; resolution saya would be in my doa after my prayer, every morning when i woke up from sleep, before i off to dreamland, while i'm driving or even when i'm cooking! So here are the resolution:
When it's relates to my Health :
1. Drink plenty of water; plain water okay, 8 gelas sehari, cos too much caffeine inside my body. But still need coffee in the morning. Coffee Bali is yummmaayhh! Ehem!2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar. I practiced these for the past few years especially bila dah lahirkan my Jasmin. I will take heavy breakfast, skipped lunch and had my small portion of dinner before 9pm.
3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants. But I just can't avoid fastfood. Haisshhh! Okay, this one will be K.I.V.
4. Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy. Go go Lily!
5. Make time myself to pray more to God, not just doing the wajib but also the sunat. Ya Rabb, tetapkan hatiku untuk terus menuju ke arah yang Kau redhai. Amin.
6. Play more games, more sports and mooooooreee outdoor activities with the kids, especially on weekends. Oh, I really need to plan to go to Broga, but I have to wait until Adam boleh berjalan.
7. Read more books as last year I only read one book. Oh what a great achievement for Lily in 2011. Hurraaah!
8. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. Oh, I really wanted this me moment, me own time, away from hubs and kids. Alhamdulillah, I have my two hours alone in the car, drive back and forth to Sbn-KJ-Sbn. Hope the Zikrullah terus jadi amalan dalam diri saya, untuk saya tenangkan hati dan minda.
9. Sleep for at least 6 hours. Has started it since December last year. Alhamdulillah, managed to do it till now.
10. Take a 10-30 minutes walk daily. And while you walk, smile. Okay, this is a bit susah nak capai target, time is tide with others people priority and commitment so maybe on weekend je lah.
When it's relates to my Personality :
11. Stop comparing my life with others as I have to set in mind that I don't know how their life journey was all about. My life is my life, my way, my style, forget others people judgement.
12. I don't want to have negative thoughts or things that I cannot control. Instead I have to invest my energy in the positive present moment.
13. Keeping my limits. Credit card limits? Eh?
14. I don't have to take myself so seriously. No one else does. I just go with the flow~~
15. I don't want to waste my precious energy on gossip. Memfitnah, difitnah, terfitnah, I have to throw away all those crap!
16. Dream more while I'm awake. Uuuhhh I want this! Uuuuuhhh I want that!
17. As updated, I already have what I need, hubby, the kids, and envy is a waste of time. Perlu lebih bersyukur.
18. Forget issues of the past for my present happiness. Setiap orang buat silap dan kita belajar dari kesilapan. Buang yang keruh ambil yang jernih, sedangkan lidah lagi tergeget inikan pulak Lily dan Razi, chhheewww-wah!
19. Just like Ustazah Normi said, Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don't hate others. Let them be, Malaikat Mungkar dan Nangkir ada di kiri dan kanan bahu kita untuk mencatit setiap kebaikan dan kesalahan yang kita lakukan setiap hari. Bukan kita untuk judge orang tu baik atau jahat.
20. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.. Pls refer no 18.
21. No one is in charge of my happiness except myself. Yeah me! oh oso the kids.
22. Realize that life is a school and I am here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons I learn will last a lifetime. Setiap dugaan yang tuhan beri pasti ada hikmah-Nya. Sabar itu indah.
23. Smile and laugh more. Ngahahahaha! Laughter is the best medicine!
24. I have to learn that I don't have to be a winner in every argument. Agree to disagree. Bersuara jika terasa ditindas, berdiam jika kita rasa arguement itu tiada penyelesaian jika salah seorang tidak mengalah. I have to learn more on how to have an excelent communication. Tetapi kadang-kadang menjadi pendengar itu lebih baik. Dan kadang-kadang meluah itu meredakan kekusutan.
When it relates to the Society :
25. I have to call my family often. Okay, will try to call my in-laws often. More meet up and overnite on the weekends.
26. Each day give something good to others. Like I have to be nice person on the road, bila ada orang potong que kat toll, saya perlu redha bukan maki balik. Pffft!
27. Forgive everyone for everything. Repeat: I have to be more kind at the toll.
28. Spend time with people over the age of 70 and under the age of 6. Thinking of making ice-cream malaysia dan buat stock banyak-banyak dan whenever kids yang datang rumah everyday, they can eat it FOC instead nak kena gi beli kat rumah jiran-jiran 30sen sebatang.
29. Try to make at least three people smile each day. :) :) :) my hubby, my jasmin, my adam.
30. What other people think of me is none of my business. I-AM-ME! Vice versa!!!!!
31. My job won't take care of me when I'm sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch. But my company cover my insurance and hospitality. Hurm 50-50.
When it relates to my Life :
32. Do the right thing! Only the best for me and kids!
33. Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.
34. GOD heals everything. Amin ya rabb!
35. However good or bad a situation is, it will change... InshaAllah.....
36. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up. Shoooooppppiiinnnggg! I really wanted to go to JPO. Need to set the date and oso set the money. Haha!
37. The best is yet to come... Can't wait. This March, This May, This June, This August, This October, This December. Oh 2013.
38. When you awake alive in the morning, thank GOD for it. Semoga Tuhan panjangkan umur saya, suami saya, anak-anak saya dan kedua ibu bapa saya.
39. Your Inner most is always happy. So, be happy. Happy and happy and happy! I want to be happy!
Kesimpulannya, inilah guidance untuk saya bagi tahun 2012. Apa yang utama, saya perlu seimbangkan kehendak dunia dan keperluan akhirat, nak nak umur dah nak menjangkau ke 3 series. Kalau berjaya azam pada tahun ini maka saya tak perlu carry forward azam yang sama tahun hadapan. InsyaAllah semoga tahun ini Tuhan permudahkan segala urusan saya dan ahli keluarga saya. Semoga hidup ini diberi keberkataan, keredhaan, kesihatan yang baik, perlindungan dari bencana dan kemurahan rezeki. *Juga kepada sahabat belogger!* Amin ya rabbal alamin.
